I draw them each individually with a particular brush I use strictly for sweat or liquids on skin. Then I use a soft eraser to blend it a bit. I then add all the highlights with a faded white colored brush. After that I lower the opacity of the sweat layer a bit and voila. Sweat or lube or whatever lol

Can't really say why but the sweat really caught my eye. Do you draw each bead individually or do you have some way to do many at once like a brush of some sort?
