Weekly update 9th August

So this week has been the first week in a while that I have had a couple of days disconnecting from technology.
I think itβs so easy these days to be totally consumed in the digital world and forget how important it is to actually take a step away from online and become present in the moment.
I definitely needed a bit of a dopamine detox and to realign myself with what is really important to me and that will benefit those around me. I will talk more about different areas in my YouTube videos next week :).
For the rest of this weekend I will be stepping back from social media and then I look forward to creating content for youtube tomorrow π
Some exciting news for the week of 22nd August , I will be heading to Greece for 3 days so I will get some really nice handstand/flexibility beach shots π π€ΈββοΈπ. Will be amazing to get away for a mini break.
