Happy September 🥳 what a fantastic month this will be ❤️
Many things are lined up and coming your way, and I think you will love them 🥰.
The last two weeks of prep have been very challenging. Hopefully, the body will respond and be less inflamed this week. Food is low, and training volume has been reduced to lower stress and inflammation. I have a photoshoot next Saturday and have some cool ideas for photos I would like to create (obviously, you will be the first to see them post-shoot).
Then we will be heading to Bali on 17th Sept!! Bali can't come sooner!!
Reflecting on everything this summer, I am ready for the next steps of my fitness journey. Prep always teaches you many things, and I love the process and hard work of creating and maintaining the desired physique. However, this year, I have realised how the stepping on stage part (honestly, I am not bothered about it, and it doesn't align with me). I am not a massive fan of makeup, posing, heavy tan, etc.;- I prefer the natural look and free-flow elegance of the movement I wish to create.) And I am not willing to take steroids to be competitive against the top Pros. There are many thoughts and feelings about this, but above all, the bodybuilding industry isn't congruent with my desires anymore. I always wanted to win my Pro card, and I managed to achieve that in 2022 and will compete in the show in 2 weeks. But in the future, my goal is to maintain the physique I have built and go above and beyond with the movement/ artistic creation side of things and optimise health.
As you know, I cannot wait to improve my running/endurance-based fitness. I am also very excited to return to my favorite hand balancing and contortion. I think these areas will only enhance what I do.
Now that I have more of a creative base with dance and movements, the potential for what I would like to create is infinite!
Getting back to travelling means I will be filming in some spectacular locations. The goal has always been to create artistic and emotive masterpieces ❤️✨ , which I believe involves fluid and graceful movement, being in peak condition (as I think it looks most aesthetic on the eye), and then combining that with incredible backdrops, lighting/mood, outfit, music—the complete package. Now I have my gimbal! So, I can't wait to be more fluid with my camera skills.
To be in an optimal state of creation, I need to be in an optimal flow and state of mind. I am not someone who can ever force something, so I have to make sure my routine is always set up so I feel like everything is congruent with my goals. When I feel in a kind of "bliss state,' the real magic happens!!
I have already created my schedule for Bali, so it is very intentional to support this 'flow state,' and hopefully yield some beautiful creations.

Good question :) the gimbal I have has an AI tracker 😃 so when in the video should be able to track my movement ❤️

I just have a question. I was wondering how you would use the gimball to film if you you are in the video. I am not sure how that works but can't wait to see.

Going to Bali can only heighten your already great content. Being in a new place tends to inspire and get the creative juices flowing and i feel when you push yourself creatively and make something new that's when you make your best content. You have already given us a "right hook" with your feminine art video and seeing you so comfortable in your skin makes me confident that your content will only get better 🥰

I think you could still put on a decent amount more mass without any performance enhancers, but yes, to be competitive at a certain point they are inevitable. You’d be surprised what the body can accomplish naturally with good genetics!

Hi Rosie, I'm so glad you will not use steroids---- from what I have heard they cause terrible consequences for your health. I can only agree with everything you say. You obviously know your own mind, and I admire you for that. Love and best wishes. I hope September brings everything you wish for.

Thank you very much and I agree 🙏🏼🙏🏼 unfortunately to go further in the sport I would need to be more muscular in certain areas… and honestly I want to always still maintain the feminine athletic look ❤️
