I'm new to playing ATS and I have seen a lot of good things about Great America so I decided to get it. I really have no idea if I require any mods that are not linked above or if something is going wrong but my game crashes when I try to load in. It will load up to about 80% then crash. I have all of the mods linked above in the same load order as the photos.

tyler extract the great america v1.9.rar file with winrar or 7zip you can found great america v1.9.scs drag and drop your mod folder

Dont know really what im doing but i cant seem to get montana right. Have all the files downloaded the only difference being that the GA 1.9 file is a rar and not showing up on my mods to put it in order. Not sure how to convert that to scs file or whatever i need to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
