I'm so upset with this supplier >:C

I just got these cards in, and they were to be the card for this month's banana mail members and the supplier forked it up so bad...
The misalignment was something I already asked them to correct and they said not all the cards were like this. I still complained saying I can't send these out. They are too poorly made.
They shipped it anyways...
And every single card was so poorly cut...
I'm currently in a dispute with them and hopefully it wins in my favor, sigh.
Worst case scenario, I will still send these out if I don't get them remade by the middle of next month, and send out the properly made ones in the next theme (streetwear!)
As of now, I am looking for a new supplier to make these right T^T

Do hope the supplier makes them again. The art and design but the centering is really something else

You'd think they would have seen the other problems artists and VTubers have been having with suppliers and actually listen to you and fix it You have my condolences for having to deal with this crap Nana and I hope you win this dispute without them trying to make it harder on you <3

That sucks. They actually told you “yeah, but they’re not ALL mess up”, lol. I guess they don’t have standards and care about their reputation. Hope you find a better supplier. Can’t believe your angy banana noises didn’t win the dispute.
