Happy New Year!

I hope the year has started off well for you~ I've been meaning to make this post for a few days now, and I finally found the energy to do so. Between covid and hospital stuff, I've been so drained (mostly mentally here lately), but I feel like I'm finally getting my bearings again.
First of all, thank you all so much for your kind words and well wishes. You have no idea how much all of the means to me and Paul (AKA Wolfstar, AKA Husband). Thank you all so much, and thank you all to anyone that bought my projects/merch or donated to his Ko-fi. We've managed to knock out a couple of bills so far, so it's been a huge help <3
I think we're both over Covid at this point. He tested negative the other day, and all we both seem to be suffering from so far is a lingering cough and some chest congestion. He's doing a lot better than he was for sure. He's got some other things bugging him that we'll be setting up an appointment with the PCP for, and we're waiting for his glasses to be ready (poor guy can't see very well atm while waiting for them x3). But really, things are looking better, and we're both grateful for all of the love and support we've gotten. It's really helped us through this.
Now, on from that...
Don't forget, I won't be making a post on the 16th this month, but I'll be getting back into the grove of work then, so the next update will be on the first!
My schedule is updated, so you can always check that out as I update more later.
This is how things are looking for the first quarter.

January 16th - No Update due to Covid / Husband’s ICU recovery time
February 1st - Dwayne Day 15
February 15th - Richard Day 21
March 1st - No Update, as I’ll be working on Chester’s Epilogue!
March 16th - Chester Epilogue

Kinda wild to think that Richard is already over half done, and Dwayne isn't far behind him in that regard! I gotta start thinking about what's next soon I guess. ExcA still has a lot to be done, but as things get closer to the end... Gotta think about what's next and really start planning it. Do I want to do more Slice of Life in this world (I won't be following the same cast)? Or stick more to my fantasy world? Dating Sim? Or something else? There are so many options to choose from!

WHA look at that cute lil pic of Darius with his list for Santa. I'm always a sucker for Darius. SO cute. Glad you're both out of the woods and feeling better. As for what's next as this game starts to wrap up -- seems you have a nice little world coming along in Lorithel ... and who doesn't love a big sexy dragon?

There's something I've never considered! Myself being in my late 30s, having the protag be around my age IS appealing! (Like Eternal Endeavor will be, haha). A dating sim / slice of life that follows an older protag could be fun! That's something I'll certainly make note of~

Well I'm glad to hear the both of you are starting to feel better. Just don't try to rush things, as much you may feel you have to, just take it easy. As to what to do next, it's hard to say a few ideas that come forth. Is expand your ExCA world and introduce us to more people in a different setting, I really enjoy this world and would like to see more of it. Maybe expand the LnL aspect if your want to do another fantasy setting. Or do another short game like your dating sim "Monster Hunting Looking for Love" but instead use the ExCA crew or characters from your other works like Engaging Destiny. It be amusing to see how Eric would respond to seeing Warrick sitting at one of the tables, think somehow he wander into a Cosplays event instead of the dating event he signed up for, or how would Harold respond to this. I know there's a lot of Isekai stories that have the MC be the chosen one or OP in a fantasy's world and with a large female harem but maybe change that to male harem or not have the MC OP, and possibly over the age of 35+, some of us grey beards like to go on adventures too.

It's wonderful to see your hard works, and how far you guys have come, and wish you only the best with your projects from this point on.
