The floor was cold on her feet, separated only by a pair of vapor thin pink pantyhose. How am I always losing my shoes? Daphne thought to herself in distress. She drummed her nails atop the desk. Should I go looking for the gang? Or will they find me? She pondered. All the while, she couldn't shake the unsettling feeling that she was being watched. Jeepers! This place gives me the creeps!
