I'm a big defender of free speech, but hate speech and openly calling groups of ppl Untermenschen? That's going quite far.

In the US he has the right to say whatever. It's his employers that can hold him accountable not the government.
Would it be possible to file a discrimination claim by the police in this? Or will it a) be ignored anyway or b) only possible for USA residents?
