When I asked a Christian apologist why there hasn't been an Enlightenment in Ethiopia, he responded that "Zera Yaqoub wrote philosophy to rival Locke" without any Western contact. What do you think of this?

You once said, in response to a criticism I had on Patreon, that all villains can be an allegory for Satan. Yet what if the villain of a story is literally God, like in some comics (thinking of Garth Ennis's Preacher)?

The difference between a mythology and a religion is time: ancient religions are called mythologies while contemporary mythologies are called religions. Religion is a product of the infancy of the species. It's well past time that we grew up and "put away childish things." Do you think there will come a day ("O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!") when we shall refer to Judaeo-Christianity and Islam as mythologies rather than religions?
