Durga Puja is an annual Hindu festival that venerates the Hindu goddess Durga and celebrates her victory over the bull-demon Mahishasura. Mahishasura was a fierce, shape-shifting beast who could not be killed by either a man or a god. He was so powerful that he conquered all of mankind and chased the gods out of heaven until the combined power of the god's prayers created the invincible woman, Goddess Durga. Although Mahishasura tried to tempt her with marriage proposals, Durga was the only being that could defeat him after a nine-day battle. Little do the followers of Goddess Durga know that her means of defeating Mahishasura are quite different from what they've been taught.

That combat involved multiple methods, however Mahishasura wasn't a BULL demonoid but rather a BUFFALO DEMON. Huge difference there so hope you can update the description. The BULL SERVES SHIVA AS NANDI, and never effed around (male cow essentially) and THE BUFFALO DEMONOID was the nemesis Mahishasura there.
