A Yatzee ambassador John Rabe used his Yatzi privilege to shelter and protect the women of Nanjing from the Japanese soldiers. He would often stop Japanese soldiers’ mid-grape and give the Chinese victims shelter in the German Consulate. As an Ambassador from Yatzee Germany, he used his Yatzee privileged as the 2 nations were allies. In Nanjing there is a statue of him for his deeds. Although Winston Churchill kept London Calm and helped them carry on, his policies also starved 5 million Bengali to death and when informed of the Famine, Churchill asked why Gandhi hadn’t died yet without mention of food. How do you think the omission of these details in most Western history textbooks affect Western Self-perception?
