I don't know about that. I think you should forgo the lip sync as I feel often an image looks better without it than it does when it's being done poorly. I think the sprite approach would work well if you have a series or something. Also if you are using sprites like that it's better to avoid any fluid animation. A professional animation studio is a quality you will never reach. Those have dozens of people and extremely expensive tools. You should do something more limited. So try to focus on the things that are most important like expressions.

That's a decent idea as well actually. My new software is coming along pretty well (still probably a month off) but should, in theory, be able to easily animate as much as I want with matched audio, much more easily, so I won't need to limit myself like with these ones, and it should look much better (I'm aiming for professional animation studio quality). One of the stretch goals at the moment is the possibility of automatic lip syncing to a given script, which computer games do a lot with reasonable success.

I hope you'll try a sprite based one. I always think a limited sprite slideshow with dialogue works far better. Make like 5 sprites. I'm not an expert but I would think a good collection would be neutral, stern, happy, smug and aloof. It could work very well for that thing you the giant talked about. If it's constantly the same character you can just reuse the images.

I fully understand you don't have the resources to make a fully fluid and complex video but you shouldn't try that then. Try to find a more limited way. With sprites like that you can get a lot more emotion. It also means you'll likely have to simplify the drawings as much as possible. Since you need to make multiple.

Heya I completely agree and am working on new software now to improve things dramatically. These attempts at animation made me realize I need to start over from the ground up with better tools, and everything is starting to work now in the new version I'm making. If I can manage to do a whole studio's worth of professionals' work in a few days it'll be a big leap forward, but it's definitely a complicated task. Currently it takes a few days and a dozen programs just to make these versions, some of which are super old or difficult to make work, whereas the new version will hopefully do it in minutes. I hope the first tests are able to be shown early this year.

I do love the content itself though. I am hoping for ones that go into more detail. Like how exactly do you change an unwilling brat? What are the pro's and cons of various types of diapers and what diaper is best to use at what stage? Also what about witholding changes? What are the limits in that? When should it be used?

I don't want to be too harsh but the animation quality though is really low. Maybe try basic lip-synching. I'm not saying doing it perfectly or making hundreds of mouth shapes. But maybe try that when they talk the mouth moves and when they pause it's closed.

That's a fantastic idea :D. Channels by both Bigs and Littles would be fun I think, though at least one Little side is currently covered in the Streamer comic.

Loved this! I think a video series from a caregiver in the Diaper Dimension who has the equivalent of a Youtube channel could make for a great series of clips. It provides a reason for them to narrate/explain what's happening and a reason for the video to exist.

Hey you're like one of the few people actually trying to make abdl animation. I'm always gonna hype you up. I can't wait to see more down the road

Thanks! It always turns out a bit more questionable than I think it's going to be, but hearing people still enjoy it is a huge relief.

Great work! Loved it

I've updated the video with clearer audio, a higher resolution, and removing the music which was making it harder to hear.
