The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 28/Jan/2022
🕑 Added 2022-01-28 14:00:31 +0000 UTCIt was a very routine week this week, which was nice to get into!
Though that familiarity did mean I started letting my creativity flow away with me! :D
I was hoping to get to Tina's scene this week, but I had to finish up the scenes before that where you talk to your LI and ask them to go with you. Except I totally forgot there needed to also be a bit where you reveal the fact that Tina or Verda actually know the truth to start with...
I was actually going to reveal this at the end of Book Two, during the end carnival scene, but took it out just so as I could dedicate a bit more to it than just a passing sentence!
So yeah, what was supposed to a small one choice scene for each LI, has now turned into a multiple choice scene with personality checks and emotional conversation, hehe! :D
It's so worth it though to have that extra in there! It's a moment that definitely needed that extra bit longer to dedicate properly to it.
But I'm not too worried on time because being ahead of schedule gave me this bit of wiggle room to enjoy these moments more when they crop up! Sometimes you just gotta go where the scene is taking you! :D
I'm hoping to get those finished up early next week so I can move onto Tina's. I have a very clear plan for that scene, so I shouldn't go off-track and get too carried away with that one at least, lol!
It's also social media days next week because it'll be February! And there was a very clear winner on the poll this month for the Patreon Valentine's Scenario Specials!
I love that, even though we've already had an undercover date in the actual game, we all still can't get enough of them, hehe! ;D
A VERY exciting thing that happened this week as some of you may have already seen was the new merch designs!!!
Nai did an absolutely stunning job with them! She's been carrying the 'I love museums' N quote bag everywhere, and I have been having a very big grin every time I drink from my 'Dr Murphy will see you now' mug, hehe!

"No 'hello'?" I ask, Mason/Morgan's familiar gruffness enough to have me smiling through my gloom. "Why would you assume something wasn't all right for me to call you?"
"For a start, you rarely call for anything social," he/she states before snorting a sharp breath. "Secondly, that waver to your voice says you've been crying. I'm coming to see you right now. Where are you?"

I love how even when M is soft, he's so no bulls**t. It's totally why M is my favorite. <3 And, honestly, even my M-mancer would recognize M cares about her after he says that. At least until next time he tells another random passerby that she's only seeing him naked and there's nothing more between them than that lol.

I can't wait for that scene where the MC tells the LI about the fact that someone knows about Supernaturals! Haha At the same time I'm kinda nervous :'D And I loooove the new merchandise!!!♡ I must confess, when I was scrolling I saw "Agent Du Mortain" and it was censored so I clicked with the speed of light....turns out it was just a mouse pad haha Loved it ♡ Love, love, love the new merchandise! It's been difficult to choose what to get Dx Also...M being soft (without them realizing) gets me soft uwu .....Im so very curious as to why MC cried?🤔 Can't wait!
