The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 26/March/2021

I got tons more done than expected and managed to finish the three versions of the scene I was working on, then got to the first variation of the next one, along with the three variations included in that variation to account for the the person that is with the MC.
Writing the different versions and moments depending on who is with the MC was a blast! Aah, I love bringing these characters back and getting a bit more proper time with them!
But then came the difficult decision of which new Unit to introduce. I have a few I really want to bring in, but decided one particular Unit suited the scene really well as they were a bit more easy-going than some of the others, hehe :D So yeah, great fun to bring those in as well!
Strange to go so long without writing the vampires though! At least I'll be getting back to them soon.
This week me and Nai recorded March’s Q&A ready for YouTube next week! Had some awesome questions this time around, so hope you all enjoy that (suggested drinking game: take a shot every time I say ‘You know...’ - though you will be drunk in about two minutes, hehe!)
I also came up with (at about 3:30 in the morning, lol!) the most amazing line for an Adam/Ava moment! I don't think it will fit in Book Three, but maaaannnnn...I can't wait to bring that one in. The angst, the pain, the fun...! As well as the line where players have to make a decision about the love triangle. That definitely won't be in Book Three, but it's seriously good and so painfully heart-wrenching before I've even written it into a scene ;D
Edits for Chapter Six also started this week! SpunkyCat has been getting those over to me, and I've been keeping on top of them this time!
Next week I will actually be focusing on merchandise and getting ready for the demo. I will be fitting in writing around it, but I also have patreon content to get ready for April. But I'd still like to get the other variation to this section done!

It's been interesting writing the two versions of this scene with the Unit I chose. So very different depending on what you end up with!

It is a proper romance route, and people who choose it know that they've chosen a love triangle :D So I'm not sure about an early ending. I like this line too much to ruin it with pushing it in too soon!

I know I’m of an unpopular opinion here, but I’m glad you aren’t making us decide about the LT in book three! It’s far too early😂. It’s totally not because I’m just an indecisive coward, that I’m grateful the LT is continuing👀.It needs to be ridden out at least until the end of book four! I guess my question is though, are we still going to have a early end option to it? I don’t care personally because I’m going to ride it out until the last possible minute🤷🏽♀️.Just nosy. 😂
