The Wayhaven Chronicles—Update+ 01/April/2021
🕑 Added 2021-04-01 15:00:03 +0000 UTCSo it's an early update this week as it's a bank holiday in the UK tomorrow. After that I will also be taking my usual week's break for Easter!
But considering it was a short week, I blasted through it!
So I was hoping to get the other variation of the scene I was working on done, but I finished that easy and then also managed to finish three(!) of the LI PoV scenes! So that was a nice boost, hehe :D
I also managed to get the merch up together! I have ordered some in ready to see how it looks. Want to make sure the quality of the products are really top-notch, as well as ensure the graphics look right at different sizes.
For now, we decided it was best to start simple for merch. But if people like what's there, then I will add some more designs (I've got some great ideas in store!). Better to test the waters before getting ahead of ourselves though, hehe!
And yesterday, I even managed to squeeze in some Creek Edge! I am about 80% done on on of the Trapper sprites! Was so nice to get back to that!
I also finished the Patreon content for this month, and as it's April, you know what that means...Spring Scenario time! :D
So this month I've rolled the Unseen Scene into those scenarios as usual and there will be a Spring Scenario Special for each LI. I kind of themed them around Easter egg hunts this year!
April 8th: Tall Tail (Mason/Morgan)
April 15th: Sharing is Caring (Felix/Farah)
April 22nd: Sweet Looks (Nate/Nat)
April 29th: Well Hidden (Adam/Ava)
So yeah, there was A LOT of writing this week, but it was great fun to do intersperse the sweet scenarios in amongst Chapter 7. The LI PoVs aren't particularly gloomy or anything! But some got a bit heavy (looking at you N and F...) :D
As I said, we'll now be on break until April 12th, so there won't be any posts on instagram, twitter, etc until then, but I have got a couple of asks a day on Tumblr going up (no reblogs as I want Nai to have a proper break!). But Patreon is all scheduled and ready to go!
