While he was making his way to the headmaster's office, Harry tried to think about how he feels about dumbledore after this summer break.

Hermione sighed and turned to the enraged witch. "Ginny, look, we are sorry. It wasn't our intention to do it here; it just happened, and it is just a couch," she said with her face still red.
"Just a couch!" Ginny exclaimed and then brought her voice down as Hermione hissed at her again. "It's not just a couch; it's my favourite one in which I have been sitting and doing my homework since first year, and now, whenever I sit on it, all I could think of would be of you two shagging on this," she bemoaned.
Harry really, really tried his best not to open his mouth, but he still did. "At least I dried it, Ginny, so you don't have to feel how wet Hermione made this couch last night," he said innocently.

After a few minutes that took Ginny to calm down, all three made their way to the Great Hall together for breakfast. They arrived there and found it half full, so they took their seats on their house bench.
Harry pilled his plate with a healthy breakfast filled with vegetables for the proteins and nutrients. They start eating while chatting with their housemates.
Because of his talk with Dumbledore after the feast last night, Harry wasn't able to talk with his housemates, especially his Quidditch teammates, something he rectified now as he talked and laughed with them.
He had missed this: the banter with the chaser trio, the twins pulling pranks, and then getting their ears picked by the trio. This was all something he had really missed during the break.
The main talk across all the house tables was obviously about the Tri-Wizard Tournament. It was clear that everyone above the age of 17 was going to take part, but they still didn't know how the selection would be done.
For Harry, even if Professor McGonagall had not firmly ordered him to enter, he would have done it by his own choice. For the whole summer, he had not only spent it touring; he had also trained hard and pushed himself harder to get her stronger and better.
But he wouldn't know if he was really progressing without testing himself, and this tournament was exactly what he needed; he had a chance to test and prove himself among the three biggest wizarding schools in Europe that he was worthy of his fame.
Professor McGonagall ordering him was just the icing on the cake, but it motivated him more to do his best and make her proud.
"Mr. Potter"
Well, what a coincidence! Harry thought as he turned and saw the very woman he was thinking of.
"Good morning, professor." Harry smiled brightly.
"Good morning to you too," Minerva greeted back with a small smile. "Now I came here to give you and Ms. Granger your schedule here," she said, handing them their schedule.
"I expect you to give your best this year in your studies, Mr. Potter, even though there is a tournament," she said sternly.
Harry nodded. "Don't worry, professor, I am going to do my best in my studies and the tournament," he said determinedly.
"Good, make sure you do," Minerva said with a soft smile, and she left to distribute the schedules.
Harry turned to Hermione, who was reading her schedule, and asked, "So which one is our first class?"
Hermione raised her eyebrow. "Guess."
Harry groaned, "Oh, come on! Why do we always have that ugly bat class first, and please tell me we don't share it with Slytherin?” He begged Hermione, but her sigh was all the answer he needed, and his head dropped on the table as he cried and cursed his luck.
Hermione patted his back in comfort while Ginny giggled at his reaction.
"There there, Harry, come on, as bad as it is, if we get there late, it would be much worse," Hermione said with sympathy.
Realising her point, Harry stood up, took his school bag, and began his long journey to the dungeons with Hermione.
People who passed by them snickered as they saw the depressed face of Harry, who looked as if he were marching to his own funeral.
He was so not ready for the first class of the year.
