Different yet The Same World - Chapter 10

Growing up without your parents and under the only family you had left—who treated him like dirt—has left a very long-lasting impact on him.
With his lone and love-starved childhood, Harry has never known what it was like to have people who care for you and love spending time with you.
Even when he went to muggle school, he never got to experience the enjoyment of having friends to play with.
Because of Dudley, who scared every kid away from him, he never had fellow kids play with him or even talk with him. Even the teachers acted to him like he was a plague.
Which was why, when he came to Hogwarts and met other kids just like him, Harry finally felt like he was at home.
He finally got to live with others who didn’t hate or fear him but also with whom he felt normal. This was where he belonged.
With that, he also finally made friends in his life, and since then, for Harry, his friends have become the most precious part of him.
Those friends became everything to him, and Harry always tried to never be odd with them because he never wanted to experience again the feeling of loneliness he went through in his childhood.
Which was why he hated when one of his friends got upset with him or, worse, stopped talking with him. The thought of them hating him always made him feel depressed and angry at himself.
And that was why, right now, Harry was feeling very depressed because one of his friends was upset with him. And it was all his fault.
The fact that it was Lily made matters even worse. She was more than just a friend to him. She was his blood, someone from whom he got his eyes, and ironically, it was because of that that he hurt her.
Which was the last thing he ever wanted to do.
Every time he closed his eyes, Harry always saw the pain in Lily's face when she stormed off from his classroom a few days ago.
She was one of the very few people he loved spending time with. Every talk, every joke, every laugh, and every single moment shared with her was the one he looked forward to since he came into this world.
But now he couldn’t have that anymore, and it was all because of him.
Even though a part of him whispered that it wasn’t his fault that Lily had feelings for him, a bigger part blamed himself for letting her have those feelings and for having those same feelings himself.
He didn’t know how, but at some point, Lily had become more than just a friend to him as well. He wanted her as much as she wanted him, and Harry didn’t know how to feel about that.
His righteousness kept screaming to him that it was wrong to desire the girl who would be his mother in the future. But at the same time, his heart told him that she wasn't the same girl since this wasn’t even the same world.
It was all so confusing for Harry, and it had become a daily problem. Every time he saw or met Lily, he got the same aversion of eyes from her and the cool look from her that tore his heart.
It had started to affect him very much, and the girls close to him could see it very clearly.
Which was why, as he took the seventh-year class, Bella kept shooting worried glances at him.
It was obvious that she knew something was wrong with her professor, and since she didn’t even know his history, Harry couldn’t even share his problem with her.
Harry needed something to take his mind off of Lily and what to do with her. He didn't even know how quickly his wish was going to be answered.
Just as he was going to demonstrate the ribbon-cutting spell to his class, a glowing bear patronus flew in, interrupting him and stealing everyone's attention.
The translucent bear opened its mouth, and Amelia’s urgent voice came out: "Harry, death eaters are attacking Hogsmeade. I need your help immediately!!”
With the message delivered, the patronus vanished, and the whole class erupted in panicked whispers. Almost hidden in them, there were also smiles and grins shared between some despicable Slytherins.
Coming out of his stupor, Harry dashed aside everything from his mind and pushed off his desk.
"Alright, that’s enough for today. I need every single one of you to go straight to your dorms without wasting any time.” Harry ordered his students. “GO!!” He shouted after seeing no one move, and soon every student ran to their dorm.
Bellatrix stopped Harry as he was about to go up the stairs in the classroom connecting his quarters.
“I’m coming with you,” Bella said determinedly.
"No, Bella, not this time." Harry told her, and seeing her open her mouth to argue, he continued, “Right now, as a head girl, your duty is to the school. Which is why I need you to go straight to the headmaster and tell him about the attack.”
Bella grudgingly accepted her professor's order to stay back, even though she wanted to go and fight with him. But at his order, she frowned in confusion. "Wait, the headmaster is not even the school, though.”
Harry's eyes widened at the realisation that Dumbledore was out of country for a meeting with the heads of other European schools, and some colourful curses left his mouth.
Shaking his head, he turned back to her. “Alright, so instead of that, inform Minerva she is here and tell her to first put the professors at the edge of the school to make sure no one enters while the fight is going on.”
Bella nodded her head, accepting his order.
Harry's face then softened, and he cupped her cheeks. “And if you want, you can help them as well in protecting the school; I am sure professors won’t mind,” he told her softly.
Bella smiled warmly, and leaning up, she kissed his lips gently, pouring in her love. Pulling back, she gazed up into his eyes and whispered, “Good luck, and show those idiots how stupid they are for attacking again.”
Harry took her lips in his and whispered, “I will.”
With that done, Bella turned and sprinted to the McGonagall office, leaving Harry, who climbed into his quarters quickly.
Pulling off his professor's robe, he outstretched his hand and summoned his battle gear. With a flick of his wrist, his black and emerald green battle robes and boots were on, and he was ready for the battle.
Stepping into his balcony, Harry spun, and, turning into a whisper of smoke, he flew into the Hogsmeade, hoping Amelia had held the fort down.

Unsurprisingly, Amelia was holding the death eaters on her own very well. Showing the testament of how powerful she was and how right Moody was in trusting her.
Not only with her own talent but also with the training and spars she had with Harry, Amelia was pleased to feel how much better she had become.
But even her proud feeling for her skills didn’t stop the angry scowl on her face.
She had hoped that the death eaters wouldn't come back, but now here they were back again, trying to attack her school. And Amelia wasn’t going to let that happen.
Pivoting on her right foot, she spun and dodged a blue lightning spell that struck the wall of the ship behind her, leaving a black burn mark.
Coming out of her spin, she swung her wand and fired a gust of wind that stuck her opponent, making him fly in the air and leaving him unconscious when his head hit a wall.
Amelia didn’t stop to see what happened to him as her focus went straight to her next opponent, and she transfigured the debris around her into a pack of bears and commanded them to attack the remaining death eaters.
Jumping back, she made a space between them, and while she watched her rock bears attack the masked men, she took a breather with a prayer.
‘Please come sooner, Harry. I need you here.’
And as she took a deep breath and got ready to attack again, she felt a gust of wind at her side, and her lips curled into a smile.
“I hope I’m not late to the party.” A battle-ready Harry appeared beside her, and Amelia sighed a breath of relief upon seeing him.
She also took a second to take in how hot he looked in his dark attire, and for a moment, her mind was filled with inappropriate thoughts before she shook her head.
"No, you’re here just in time,” Amelia said, forcing her eyes on his and not on how fit he looked in his robes.
“Good to know you didn’t steal all the fun." Harry smirked before he became serious. "So, what’s the status?”
Knowing exactly what he asked for, Amelia began, “There were nine death eaters who were hiding in every shop of the village, and once they began attacking, they all came out of their hiding.”
“I have been fighting them since then and have succeeded in taking out 3 of them, leaving the remaining 6 for us." Amelia finished her report and got ready to attack when she saw the last of her bears getting destroyed.
“Good job, Amelia." Harry nodded in praise of her. “Let’s finish this then.”
With that said, Harry brandished his elder wand and jumped on the battle to make them regret attacking his home once again.
Amelia didn’t follow him, as she stayed back for a while to watch Harry decimate their opponents. As much as she liked fighting him, she loved seeing Harry destroy others more.
Which was exactly what happened in the next few seconds.
Swinging his wand in a crescent moon arc, Harry took control of all the debris laying around. And then, spinning and stabbing his wand, he rained the debris on his enemies.
The Dark Lord followers didn’t even get the chance of noticing Harry entering the fight before they got crushed by the rocks that came at them like missiles.
In a flash, the rock shower killed three of the six death eaters by crushing their bodies. For the other three, they were able to shield themselves, but their shield broke with a shield-breaker spell from Amelia, who joined Harry after watching him eliminate three of their opponents.
Harry smiled, seeing Amelia at his side, and then both of them attacked the remaining death eaters, forcing them into a corner. But as they fought the very one-sided fight, Harry felt something was wrong.
“This doesn’t make sense.”
Amelia, hearing him mutter, turned her attention to him after swatting away a pink curse flying towards her. “What do you mean, Harry?” she asked.
“Why would Voldemort send only nine of his death eaters when the last time I single-handedly defeated seven of his pets?” Harry told her while battling two death eaters at once without any effort.
“You think this is not the whole attack?” Amelia frowned while firing a lightning spell that hit her opponent and forced him out of the fight, his body twitching with the aftereffect.
"Yes, I do,” Harry answered, wrapping a conjured rope around one of his enemies and then swiping him at his teammate, taking both of them out of the fight.
“I feel like there is something we don’t know about." Harry stood beside Amelia while all around them were death eaters on the ground, either knocked out cold or dead.
Despite their quick and easy win, Harry and Amelia knew the fight wasn’t over. There was a sense of forlornness, as if something was going to happen.
And they were right.
Loud growling and foot-thumping sounds could be heard from the forest behind the village, and when Harry and Amelia turned around, they saw a large number of animals running at them.
But… they weren’t animals...they were…
"Werewolves,” Harry murmured, narrowing his eyes at the incoming attack.
Amelia's eyes opened wide as she looked at Harry in shock, and then, squinting her eyes, she confirmed he was right. A pack of 18 werewolves were running towards them on all fours with their bodies turned into half-wolfs.
But that shouldn’t be possible.
“It’s not even night yet." Amelia was right. The day was just setting down, and there was still an hour left till the moon rose to the top. “How are they turned when the moon is still not out?”
Harry gazed up at the sky, and seeing the moon that was about to rise, he suddenly realised what was going on.
“It’s a full moon day,” he whispered, and then, staring back at the running werewolves, he noticed their half-transformed bodies. “They have been given a potion to force transform, which they can do if given on full moon day.”
“What?!” Amelia's neck snapped to Harry's in shock.
“Trust me, there is a potion like that,” Harry told her gravelly, “but there is a very bad thing about it. The potion only makes them half werewolves, and in this state, they are neither humans nor werewolves, which makes them completely animalistic and have no mind of their own or any senses.”
Amelia had faced many challenges in her young 21 years of life. Challenges that had been very difficult, but she had never been scared of anything.
But the horde of werewolves coming towards them made her shudder in fear for the first time. Her hands were shaking in nervousness and anxiety, but then a bigger and rougher one covered hers.
Turning to her left, Amelia saw Harry’s relaxed face with a comforting smile. “Don’t worry, Amelia, we will beat them.” His encouraging words and soft smile were everything she needed, and they filled her with confidence and a sense of calmness.
Closing her eyes Amelia took a deep breath, and exhaling, she released all the fear in her. Opening her eyes, she nodded at Harry with eyes full of determination and confidence.
"Of course, we will.”
“That’s what I am taking about." Harry smiled proudly and then grew serious, turning back ahead. “Now listen, werewolves are mostly magically resistant. So if you use a spell that is not a cutter or a slicer, it won’t work on them. That is why, to fight them, we have to transfigure and conjure physical objects with which we can pierce them.”
“Got it,” Amelia shifted into her stance, and then whole hell broke loose.
As soon as the werewolves were in range, Amelia pointed her wand in between them and yelled, ‘Bombarda maxima!” The explosion spell stuck true, and the ground exploded, stopping the werewolves in their tracks.
After that, Harry waved his wand in a big wave and transfigured the exploded rocks into spears, and then, stabbing his wand, he fired them at the charging enemies.
The first line of werewolves didn’t even have a chance before they found a foot-long spear pierced through their chest. And such was the force of the spear that it took them flying with it and embedded in the ground far away, where the werewolves took their last breath.
And just like that, six of them were out, and the other 12 became cautious of the powerhouse standing in front of them.
But that still didn’t stop the half-turned animals, who didn’t have any control over their minds. They attacked more ferociously and jumped at their target.
Harry and Amelia jumped back, separating, and they brought the fight to them while evading the rough attacks of werewolves.
Amelia used a wind blast to push off the two death eaters on her, and as her nerves screamed at her, she stepped left and dodged the claw from the werewolf behind her.
As soon as the werewolf missed her and his momentum carried him forward, Amelia used the opportunity to point her wand at the back of his neck and fire a spell she learned from Harry.
“Ferro pila”
A metal ball was conjured from thin air and went right to the neck of the werewolf, who soon found his head away from his body.
Not giving him any attention, Amelia turned to the other two.
Stabbing her wand three times in the air, she blasted three conjured silver needles that pierced the eyes of one of the werewolves.
While that one was crying in pain, the other tried to attack her from her blind spot, but once again, Amelia showed why she was one of the best aurors in whole Britain.
Jumping out of the pocket she was in, she easily danced away from the flying werewolf who tried to tackle her down.
In the middle of her jump, she put her hand in the pocket of her robe and pulled out a dagger.
And then, with a spin, Amelia stabbed the dagger in the heart of the downed werewolf, eliminating the two of her opponents.
And after that, she used a 'sectumsempra’ the spell Harry taught her and sliced the third werewolf, who was still clutching his bleeding eyes.
With all three of her opponents dead, she shifted her attention to the right and saw the unsurprising but still awe-inspiring view of Harry fighting the rest of the nine werewolves on his own.
While for Amelia, fighting werewolves might be a new experience, for Harry, it was nothing but another day in his life.
Using werewolves as his front line and fodder has been a very common move for Voldemort in his world. And now it looked like it was the same here as well.
Which was why he took on nine werewolves with a bored expression on his face as he danced around them.
All around him, the werewolves tried to lunge, bite, and claw their arms in to take a chunk of him, but every time, all they got was empty air.
Harry was too fast and quick for them. His reflexes were so sharp that even when he was staring ahead, he knew when an attack was coming at him from behind.
Not only was he dodging and making them irritated, he was also using curses to get the the werewolves numbers down as they became more frustrated.
Which was why there were already two werewolves down on the ground with their blood pooling around them.
Seeing a big boulder flying at him, Harry blasted it with a ‘reducto’ destroying it into tiny pieces. Then, twirling his wand, he transfigured them into sharp swords.
Standing in between his transfigured swords, Harry smirked, and then, spinning on his right foot, he fired them at his opponents.
Despite their attempts to flee, his piercing swords still managed to skewer four of the werewolves, causing them to howl in agony before joining their dead pack mates.
The remaining three werewolves, who were the only ones alive, were quivering in fear. The wolf in them knew there was an alpha among them who was much more superior than them.
Harry raised his wand to finish them as well, but then he heard a pained scream.
Turning back, he saw Amelia clutching her injured left foot and a big werewolf standing over her.
Rage filled his veins. Harry stabbed his wand, unleashing a ghost of wind that swept the werewolf with it and carried him to a shop, where he blasted through the wall and crashed inside.
With him out for the time being, Harry ran towards Amelia and kneeled by her. “Amelia, are you okay?” He asked in concern.
“Yeah... I’m fine." Amelia winced a little in pain. “Luckily, I moved out of his attack on time, so it’s just a scratch,” she said in relief, pulling her hands away, and Harry looked at the open scratch on her foot that was thankfully not bleeding heavily.
Leaning down, he held her ankle, and tracing his wand at her wound, he closed the wound. “Can you fight?” He asked with his focus on his medical work.
He was nowhere near the best at healing, but after years of war, he was at least good enough to do it in the heat of the battle.
"Yes, I can.” Amelia nodded resolutely.
"Good.” With the bleeding stopped, Harry stood up, and with his hand, he pulled her up as well. “You take those three werewolves while I deal with this one,” Harry told her while staring at the big werewolf who was climbing out of the rubble.
Amelia nodded, and without any other words, she attacked the werewolves, who had to dodge her attack to save their lives. Fortunately, Amelia wasn’t feeling the pain from the wound, so she was sure that she could handle those werewolves. She just hoped Harry could handle the werewolf who attacked her because, for some reason, he seemed way more powerful than other werewolves.
What Amelia didn’t know was that she didn’t have to worry about Harry, who knew exactly who the big werewolf was.
“Fenrir Greyback”
The massive werewolf, who was now outside the rubble of the shop without any scratches on him, looked at Harry in confusion.
“You know my name?” He asked in his growling voice and then smirked. “But I don't know yours, which doesn’t matter. I am going to kill you anyway, so your name doesn’t matter.”
Harry snorted at the cocky tone of the overconfident werewolf. He loved beating down arrogant opponents humiliatingly.
"Oh, my name will be the last thing you will remember before you die by my hands,” Harry challenged, and then sprung into attack, surprising Greyback, who was not expecting it.
Slashing his wand down, Harry sent a wind cutter that went straight towards the werewolf to cut him in half. But Greyback showed why he was the most feared werewolf in the world as he dodged the attack and fired a fireball back at Harry.
Harry wasn’t surprised to see the werewolf use his wand in a half-transferred state because Greyback was the only one who could have his conscious mind with him.
Pointing his wand at the incoming fireball, Harry sucked it in with his wand, and then, with a twist and stab, he unleashed his own fire that was ten times bigger.
Eyes widening Greyback started to realise his master had sent him without even telling how powerful his opponent would be.
Dodging the fireball with his skin, he pulled up a wall from the ground and stood behind it as the wall took the fire head on.
When the fire stopped raining on the wall, Greyback thought this was his time to go on attack. Using an exploding charm, he blasted the wall, and then, using the smock screen, he jumped at unsuspecting Harry to catch him off guard.
But it wasn’t Harry who was surprised; instead, it was Greyback, who was shocked to see him ready for him. Harry caught the punch of the werewolf, and carrying his momentum, he flipped the massive man and threw him away.
Greyback's back scratched all over as he skidded on the ground far away until he came to a stop a few metres away. Looking up, the werewolf stared into the eyes of Harry, and a shiver of dread went through his body.
There had been only one time when Greyback had feared someone, and it was his master. But seeing the titan he was fighting, the werewolf knew he was no match for him.
Still, his overinflated pride wouldn’t accept that, and climbing back to his feet, the werewolf roared in rage. With an overpowered spell, he pulled up a dozen huge boulders from the earth, and while sweating with his magic straining, he fired them at the green-eyed monster he was fighting.
Smirking, he knew this time he would hit his opponent, but he wasn’t ready for what happened next.
With a lazy flick of his wand, Harry stopped the flying boulders, and then, narrowing his eyes, he swished his wand and melted the rocks.
Greyback's jaw dropped onto the floor, and his knees shook in fear when he saw his boulder getting melted and then turning into a big snake.
It was Harry this time who smirked, and his big, molten rock snake attacked the shaking werewolf.
There is a time in life when, no matter how powerful you are, you are forced to run for your life like a coward. And accepting that, despite your arrogance, is always the right thing to do.
Which was exactly what Greyback was smart enough to choose. He ran for his life like he had never done before, while the rock snake followed him everywhere.
The magical creature even lunged at him and tore off one of Greyback's arms.
With his blood flowing and his breathing heavy, Fenrir thought his time was over, but then the snake stopped and dropped down harmlessly.
Breathing a sigh of relief and a prayer for saving his life, Greyback turned around….
…and met a roundhouse kick straight to his face.
A crushed sound could be heard of his teeth breaking and his jaw dislocating, and Greyback flew right into a tree.
Dropping down, he laid there, feeling every part of his body in pain. He then stared up, his eyes half open, to see the glowing green eyes of the man who had absolutely destroyed him.
Leaning down, Harry stepped on the chest of the werewolf, who had ruined so many kids live. Pressing his foot, he dented his chest, and a painful whimper left the defeated man.
“You wanted to know my name, didn’t you?” Harry whispered, and when he didn’t get the reply, he pushed his foot, making the werewolf scream.
“I-I did!!” A pained yell left the bloody mouth of Greyback.
“Then make sure you remember it, because this is the last thing in your life you are going to do.” Harry smiled in cruel satisfaction, seeing the defeated man under his foot.
Pointing his wand at Greyback's head, Harry said, “My name is Ha-“
It was thanks to his experience that Harry jumped back in time to save himself from the cursed killing spell that flew by him.
Turning his head, Harry, for the first time in this world, saw his eternal rival.
“It seems you are as good as I heard Harry Peverell,” the silky whisper of the dark lord Voldemort sent a shiver through everyone, except Harry, who faced the monster without any fear.
"Well, it’s nice to finally meet you... Tom,” Harry replied back in a mocking voice while, from the corner of his eyes, he noticed the missing Greyback and cursed inside his head.
Harry’s answer worked as he expected when he saw the mix of confusion and anger on the no-nose face.
“What did you call me?” Voldemort hissed, narrowing his snake-like eyes.
“I called you by your real name,” Harry shrugged innocently, “or was I wrong... Riddle?”
If possible, the dark Lord's pale face became even more red. But as he opened his mouth to retort, one of his loyal followers butted in.
“Master!” The death eater begged his Lord to hear him.
“Silence!” Voldemort shouted at his pet face. Turning back to Harry, he gripped his wand in rage and growled. “How dare you use that name?”
"Well, it looks like I touched a nerve, didn’t I?” Harry smirked.
While at the side, Amelia, who was watching them interact after defeating the last of the werewolves, stared at him in disbelief.
Harry was facing the person in front of them who everyone feared, and he was doing so without any fear. In fact, it was he who looked more in control of the altercation between the two powerhouses.
“You don’t know who you ar-“ When his death eater once more cut off Voldemort, the death lord snapped his neck to him and stabbed his wand between the man's eyes in a fit of fright.
“What is it?” With his wand tip begging to blast the head of the death eater, Voldemort hissed at him dangerously.
Knowing he may die right now, the shaking man blurted out quickly. “My lord Dumbledore is here.”
The spark from Voldemort’s wand stopped, making the Death Eater sigh in relief. Turning his no-nose face, the dark lord saw what his follower was trying to tell him.
Just outside the wards his followers had put up, Albus Dumbledore was standing, waving his wand to break the ward.
Knowing he didn’t have the time, Voldemort turned back to Harry and said, “It’s your lucky day, Peverell, but soon we will meet again, and after crushing you under my foot, I will force you to tell me how you know my name.”
Voldemort's dark aura spread with every word of his, but it stooped when it met the equally powerful aura of Harry Peverell.
“Bold words for a coward who is running away from me." Harry taunted with a smirk. “And don’t worry, I will tell you how I know your whole history next time we meet Tom Riddle.”
The dark lord's rage rose, but the sight of Dumbledore stopped him from doing anything, and he portkeyed out of the village with his followers just before the ward broke.
Sighing in relief, Harry relaxed, dropping his guard. It wasn’t that he was scared to fight Voldemort because he knew it would be a stalemate.
It was that he didn’t want to fight here in this village, which had already faced enough destruction.
Walking towards the limping Amelia, Harry took her hand to his shoulder to support her. “You alright?” He asked his partner, with whom he defended the village.
“I’m fine; don’t worry." Amelia smiled while standing on her good leg. “Just a little pain from the earlier scratch. It seems now that the fight is over, it has decided to irritate me.”
Harry chuckled. “I am relieved to see you alright. I was scared and angry that I let you face those werewolves even when you were injured,” he said, tightening his hand on her waist, and Amelia's breath hitched with how close he was to her.
The musky air and the smell of ground from him from the battle made her heart beat faster, as did his sweaty, handsome look.
Shaking out of her thoughts, she smiled up at him. “You didn’t need to worry; they were no match for me, even with my injured leg,” Amelia said in arrogant time, which was very rare for a normally serious girl.
Harry stared at her in surprise and laughed, and she joined him as well. The battle they just won has made their trust and belief in them rise and has brought them closer than before.
When the ward came down, Dumbledore barged in and interrupted their laughter.
“Harry, Amelia, are you two alright?” asked the headmaster of Hogwarts.
Harry and Amelia stared at each other and smiled at the old man together, “perfectly fine headmaster.”
Dumbledore sighed. “That’s good to know.” He then looked around at the damage of the fight and the bodies of death eaters and werewolves. “So... what happened here at my back?”
"Albus, would it be alright if we talked about this later?” Harry requested, pointing to Amelia's bad leg. "First, I need to take Amelia to Poppy.”
“You’re right of course, sorry for being so insensitive." Dumbledore quickly apologised, putting his hands up. “You two can leave while I and Moody will ask the villagers about what happened here. And then tomorrow, after your rest, you can tell your side of the story.”
“Thank you, Professor." Amelia smiled gratefully, and Harry nodded his head.
Supporting her weight, Harry wrapped his arm tighter and led the way to the school. As they passed through the village, the residents came outside and thanked them profusely.
Harry and Amelia smiled at them, accepting their thanks, until finally they were outside the village.
Knowing he couldn’t take her with him in his flying smoke apparation Harry took her in his arms, surprising her, and carried her to Hogwarts.
Wrapping her arms around his neck, Amelia blushed and murmured in his chest, “I can walk, you know; you don’t have to do this.”
“Don’t worry, you are not that heavy, Amelia,” Harry smirked teasingly.
Pulling her head up, she mock-glared at him, “What’s that supposed to mean?”
"Nothing.” Harry smiled innocently.

“You do too." Harry smiled down at her and gave her a serious look. “But after Poppy heals your leg,”
Amelia stared up at his mock-serious face and smirked. “Okay Professor”
Both of them burst out laughing, clutching each other, and just enjoying their sweet victory.
They both were the heroes of the day and they deserved to enjoy it after putting their lives on the line for their school.
P/S: That's it for this chapter. I had to stop there because it was getting way bigger, but there is still a shower scene left for the day.

Great chapter. Though the fact that Harry missed killing Greyback gave me the feeling of being cock-blocked more than the lack of smut in the chapter lmao. Hope things with Lily get settled soon. Cant wait to see whats next!
