Hah! Great story. Ate pistachio ice cream on probably that very bench (where you woke up immediately) with my husband on our honeymoon in 2016. And also took the ferry to Ancona! The Italians danced the night away!

This story gave me vietnam flashbacks to my contiki tour of europe (in tents!!). Nothing is more horrendously unpleasant than waking up hungover in the full sun and heat with a pounding headache.

What a story, creepy 45 year old man isn't the one yikes must have been horrible... I have spoken to my Croatian friend and he thinks it could have been Rakija in the hip flask, can be pretty lethal apparently!

Really enjoyed this Tom! Any time I get a snippet of a story in the GeoGuessr videos I really dig it and wish you would go off on more details, so this was awesome! I really envy all the experiences you’ve had, I totally wish I could do over my twenties and have stepped outside my comfort zone more and gone abroad.
