I was attacked by a badger once while taking a shortcut through a trading estate in Dudley. So it's not the welsh ones you need to watch out for, it's the ones back in the black country that mean business.

Forerunner 255?!

Nicholas Van Buer

Great quality video! Nice badger sighting.

Tom: "I decided to adventure across the wilderness legally and on trails" *proceeds to both trespass and not be on a trail most of the time*

This is some serious Beau Miles attire

Your burning feet were the result of a trespassing curse. That lady that told you off is a witch. Sadly, you will need to step on seven snails to free yourself from the curse. The good news is that you may have already done that.

Looking forward to this! I’ve been meaning to ask you Tom, you must get a hell of a lot of insect bites, especially ticks?

haha I know. For once it wasn't my fault!

Crazy. Do not use "Waze" in the countryside.

haha to be honest for the most part i'm just grateful to be on a path. Especially when I haven't long done a mission. Like any form of pain it gives you a new found appreciation for things that you once took for granted. Occasionally though I do find myself unable to resist a good short cut, much to Verity's dismay!

I remember you saying that every time you go on a walk with Verity you end up climbing fences... I see this is now starting to extend on driving as well.

I was expecting the gps in the car to tell you to turn right into a lake next. Mad directions.

Great vid, Tom! I've been wondering if you ever find yourself walking somewhere (in town, hiking, or wherever) and you instinctively try to figure out how to go in a straight line instead of following a path. Like, you see a fence or hedge and you feel _compelled_ to go through/over it instead of walking around?
