What mic & preamp / interface combo are you using?

Sadly not Liam. Maybe one day.

Crazy how much work goes into these videos. Just know how much we appreciate it Tom.

I'm doing subtitles for work this week. That was like a bus man holiday. Be careful with your use of "then".

Jeez man can't wait. Always knew there was a lot of effort into the vids, good to see how it all is.

Your commentary really elevates these videos to another level, Tom. Excellent work!
Can't imagine myself talking like that for a month the whole day! It feels like practising for an oral presentation.
Do you have any social media’s ? Twitter/insta etc
Thanks for the effort you put in for the narration, it makes the video’s even better!
I didn't realise all the background work it takes to make a MAW video. Loads of respect to Tom for editing them for us. Much love, I like and watch all that you do man!

Haha sorry Robin!!

When I tap the mic I get a distinctive looking visible waveform to the right of the correct take, which makes it easy for me to splice them all out :)

Yup basically a quieter version of CLAP and you can do even make a code, 2 taps = good take, 3 taps = ignore etc

How long until Episode 2, Tom?
Robin Fredriksson
Ahhh damn I thought it was episode 2 that was out. And I won the argument with my girl on what we should watch, and now there is no episode and it's very awkward, help guys
Jake
Oh man, I can't wait for early release of episode 2 hopefully!!
Tapping might be to mark segments so they're visible from the waveform.
James Hefel
Why all the microphone tapping, Tom? Are you adjusting the levels between lines or something?
Can I ask what the tapping of the mic is for?
Yes Tom
Oh yeah!!
