Just noticed the fairly important "Will let you know if we’re still alive in 7 days time" in this status. I can confirm that Greg and I are alive and well. As usual I don't want to give away any more than that so as not to ruin the surprise. I'm aiming for the end of April/early May for the release. Thanks everyone for the support!

I don't know whether you've realized this, but the idea itself of a straight-line crossing is sheer imagination; compelling. The challenges you face along the way, even/especially the ones that force you to deviate from the line are what keep us hooked. All that said, PLEASE DON'T HURT YOURSELF!!! The Geoguessr leaderboards would be less competitive without you.

For those of you that are either not from Scotland and do not know the following, or those that are saying negative things about the mission - in Scotland there is no such thing as trespassing. The law states you have a “right to roam” which means you can go anywhere on foot as long as you don’t damage or steal anything. It’s different from in England and Wales. Now, if you have watched previous straight line missions you will know that 90% of it is out in the open and away from people. On the rare occasion the guys will pass someone, they will of course keep a distance. They’re not stupid and it’s pretty obvious they’re going to be covid safe. COME ON, MISSION!
