There is a new version of Renpy (game engine) that might address this problem. I'll ask the team to use it with the next episode release of FF and see it if helps.

IPad Pro with the M2 chip (Apr 2023). With the latest iOS software. 16G RAM. I've tried a number of different browsers also. Experiencing the same problems. Just really enjoy all the work you put into it; both RW and FF. Just sucks when you can't play a game that seems so nice. If you and your teams can figure out what the problems are with these two games, I would actually love to see you expand your selection to other games. A number of them look very interesting (as well as fun!). Thank you for responding.

Yeah. I think the web version doesn't well on the iPad. I have to investigate it more. What is your iPad generation?

From the comments I viewed, it looks like I'm the only person playing the web version on my browser. While I have been able to play both seasons and even run through the latest episode, there have been some issues. More often than not, after the download of data; unpacking and loading script finishes, I am unable to play because of the following error messages. [note: see below] I really do enjoy the game but I am hoping that you can fix these problems. 1)While loading : File "renpy/common/00start.rpy", line 237, in script call call _splashscreen from _call_ splashscreen_1 File "renpy/common/00start.rpy", line 237, in script call call call _splashscreen from_call_splashscreen_1 error: Out of memory The game exited unexpectedly. Hey OppaiMan - Just loadied 2/ep3, and immediately got an "image not available" error for every scene, every piece of dialogue. Am I doing something wrong, or is it a bug?
