Murder Mystery Sudoku Hunt - The Solution

Just before we launch this month's Patreon Reward, we have a bit of business to tidy up. First of all, we are attaching the solution to Cracking the Case of the Roman Tragedy, the murder mystery cooked up by Alice & No-Feet McGee, with puzzles by them and SciFiFan, James Daniel Peter (MaverickJd), Scott Strosahl, Madmahogany, Max Reenoch and Sam-Testings.
Here attached is the original solution document - some of the symbols changed a bit during the evolution of the hunt, but you will be able to work out how they tie in to the puzzles as they were presented in our Patreon document and links. Many thanks to all the constructors, testers and creators involved - they did a fantastic job, and the overwhelmingly positive response of the 600-odd successful solvers testified to that!
In a moment we will also be uploading (for $3-and-above Patreons) the video showing the solutions to Heatwave by grkles, the August monthly reward.

Not sure who put this together, Alice or CTC (it wasn't me!), but there are a few mistakes in the answer document for Act 10. First, it says bowtie digits are carried over from act 3, when it should be act 9. Second, the password is in alphabetical order, so the motive should come before the weapon, not vice versa as it is currently stated. I've sent CTC an email but also posting here in case people get confused. :)
Didn´t know the puzzles "talk to each other" like that. Awesome puzzles!

Wasn't there supposed to be a prize for this? Did I miss the draw in one of the videos?
