A New Puzzle Hunt!

As previewed on the channel in the last couple of days, we're delighted to share this puzzle with you. The author is Nicolas Rasmussen and, incredibly, he's just 14 years old.
As usual with Puzzle Hunts, the idea is to deduce an English word or phrase from the puzzle. These puzzles don't tend to have much in the way of instructions so you have to try to work out what might be going on!

Hello. I just became a patron having solved the Miracle Sudoku. I then noticed something very unusual about the solution. The top row has a sequence of digits: the order is 483726159 . But every other has the same sequence but starting from a different position. For example row 4 starts from the 8 and is 837261594. Row 7 starts with the 3 and is 372615948 etc. I have solved a lot of sudokus and one of my hobbies is creating them, but I have never seen this before! Has anyone else? David Filmer
