Apologies to our Patreons who have turned out to be cleverer solvers than we were as testers. The 2nd puzzle works with the rule that all climbs are left-to-right, which is how it was compiled, but we thought it also worked without that rule, which turned out to be wrong, as several brilliant solvers have now demonstrated. We apologise for any time wasted, and have corrected the document for a final time. We will publish a further bonus sudoku later in the month!]
As ever, thank you so much for supporting us here. This month we've created two Tour De France themed sudokus. You can find the puzzles and instructions in the attachment and we really hope you enjoy them! We'll release a video explaining how to solve the puzzles mid-month :)

Thanks, enjoyed those and came to them late so had no problem with the instructions. Still managed to break the first one but despite that didn't find them too difficult. The logic of the climbs was satisfying.
Just solved Puzzle 1. That was fun! I loved how that one unfolded. I didn't get very far on Puzzle 2. I found I wasn't fully understanding the directions and had to check Mark's video to figure out what was going on. Still a cool puzzle.
