My 8 year old and I finally tackled this pack of puzzles. I was getting so frustrated that I couldn't solve puzzle one, then realized that we were supposed to hop between puzzles! We had fun incorporating logic explanations, "That's as useful as a chocolate teapot" and other Simon-isms into the experience. We both absolutely love sudoku and CTC content, and we really really enjoyed this approachable pack! Thank you thank you thank you for making and sharing this with us!!!

Super nice!!

(Kudos to my 14 year-old who realized that when she did puzzle 2 that she had conflicting digits with her first puzzle solution, which led me to try it myself...)

Brian Pietsch

Seems to me that the first puzzle does not have a unique solution... I got stuck midway through and started guessing to get to a solution... then backtracked and tried a different guess and still got to a solution.

Got these done, but thought they were slightly challenging. These kids must be smarter than me!

Karted by way through as my usual "Peachy" character taking about 15 mins each for the first 3 (done kind of simultaneously) and nearer 25 mins for deceptively tricky final grid. Thanks, Tony (age 65 & three-quarters)

Enjoyed this in my early thirties too!!

is the person who wins the number on the checkered flag or is the number a character is their position in the race.

Very enjoyable hunt. Not as easy as it looks but a good set of puzzles that link nicely to entertain kids for hours on end.

Mario

Very good puzzles to initiate kids to sudokus. Well done! Entertaining and fun.

My 9 year old, Eleanora says: "it was complicated, we had to restart one puzzle, but we got it in the end. Please send more like this! :)"

Lennart Sorensen

Oh nevermind I finally spotted the flag in the last puzzle that somehow I never noticed while doing it.

Solving the puzzles was fairly easy, as is determining who drives which number car, , but who won? I see nothing to indicate that even though it claims you can tell.

Correct on both counts, as well as preserving the position. So say you determined red mapped to purple then top left red = top left purple and so on

Just to make sure I understand before unleashing my 7 year old on this... red, blue, and yellow form a set of 1-9. And each of red, blue, and yellow maps entirely to one of purple, orange, and green. Correct?

As a 23 year old kid, I enjoyed this very much! I can only recommend this for the younger (and older) kids!
