This is the first sudoku hunt I've finished! I usually either don't have the time, or I'm too intimidated by the difficulty. I decided to try these since I love Japanese sum sudokus, and I'm really glad I did, these were all approachable and a ton of fun. Thanks to the setters as well as Simon and Mark, I had a great time! :)

I'm really enjoying these puzzles! It would be amazing if Svens sudokupad had an option to edit the clues on the outside so you can keep track of deduces real clues. How did people manage this? I find myself recounting a lot.

That was amazing! I just encountered one of these Japanese sums sudokus in the last week of December by chance, so it was great to do so many of them in this hunt!

I finally finished all the puzzles, I restarted the Decanuary one at least 4 times! It was one of the most brilliantly constructed puzzles I've ever seen with so many clues having overlapping possibilities and you have to be so careful not to make a mistake!

Finding these puzzles brutal, they're not hard as such but it's just so easy to make mistakes! I think I've finished first 6 after 3 attempts on each, so I'm averaging well over 2 hours per puzzle!

Anyone else keep getting stuck with an "already solved" bug? It's happening in the January puzzle for me. I've tried opening it on multiple devices, with two different browsers but it keeps doing it.

this is my first time trying one of these hunts, not gonna lie I'm a bit nervous if I'll even be able to solve the puzzles at all but I figured I might as well at least try. really excited to at least get some more practice with varient sudoku
