Yup, and that particular romanization was stolen off my childhood bully! Immigration to America messed with a lot of surname spellings, but I believe the original was Czarnecki if I recall my fifth grade heritage fair correctly :)

okay weird gripe, Zarneki is supposed to be Polish? bc it does NOT sound Polish (Zarnecki more I think)
