Hey Emily, do you eat vegan substitute foods (such as vegan cheese and vegan meat) often, or do you prefer natural, whole foods as the main part of your diet? I've been concerned about the highly processed nature of these substitutes and if it was best to keep them to a minimum in the diet.
Just woke up from a food coma, it's Thanksgiving here in the USA! Does Australia have their own Thanksgiving and if so, how do you celebrate it?
