I can certainly relate to being self conscious about belly flab. Even when I weighed 70 kg (I’m 187 cm tall) and was cycling almost 350 km per week, I never had a perfectly flat stomach. It’s a struggle. I was never uncomfortable in a nudist setting, but yeah, I was self conscious as hell about being shirtless otherwise. And I’ve experienced dehydration headaches. We tend to overlook the importance of staying hydrated in colder weather.
