Not sure who "these fawns" are, and uh, your statement is kind of generalizing, don't you think? Sal is just having fun, it has nothing to do with his species? He wants to show Battam that he's listening, and the scene is simply more fun if Sal is enjoying it. Please consider why you felt like assuming something about Sal's entire species like that, because it feels like a pretty iffy statement to me.
