Important Update!
🕑 Added 2021-12-17 09:39:47 +0000 UTCOver the last year and a half, I've noticed the views on my YouTube channel slowly dwindling. Looking back, this coincides with an wrongful community guidelines strike YouTube gave me saying I posted a spam link. I've tried a lot of things to get viewership back up on this channel but nothing has seemed to work.
I'm thinking of starting a new channel. This wouldn't affect anything on the Patreon side of things, and I can handle not having much ad revenue on YouTube for a while. Nothing's finalized just yet and I'll still try looking at other alternatives, but I'm seriously considering it at this point.
I did want to say thank you to everyone who is or ever was a patron though. Thanks to your help I've been able to weather the YouTube frustration and continue making a living. No matter what, I plan on continuing to make new content and hopefully entertain you all. If you have any thoughts or advice about all this, or you just want to talk, leave a comment or shoot me a message :)

Could be. Looking into other ways to possibly fix it at the moment!

I think a new channel might be the way to go. You'd definitely have a drop in subs, as some people won't get the memo, but it'll be a clean slate without the algorithm working against you.

YouTube is SUCH a hard platform to work, but you always do so with relentless positivity, which I find very cool my man. I’m sure I can speak for all the folks when I say we’ll support ya no matter what.

youtube is one reason I have been having a hard time starting my own channel. I'm getting a new computer to edit videos properly but I'm sorry about all of this! Like zen says, youtube loves to screw us :/
