It's cool that you immediately guessed that Chrissy had an eating disorder when you saw her throwing up, for some reason the first thing that came to my mind was that she was pregnant. I guess that would explain both the throwing up and the counseling too, but the eating disorder made so much sense. Also, even without this flashback's episode we knew El had killed before the Season 1 finale: in a previous episode of Season 1 we saw a flashback where she snapped the neck of some of Brenner's goons.

It's funny that you're wearing a Keyleth shirt during this reaction because the Whispered One from the Legend of Vox Machina is actually Vecna, they just can't say it because of copywrite issues. Also yes, the Mind Flayer was the villain for the last two seasons (2 and 3).
