Man, most of my friends/family have compared me to Amy, lol. I'm so much like her, I could even relate to trying to see the "both sides of the argument" ect. FYI It doesn't always end well! lol Edit: fyi NOT as extreme as her, lol. I just have social anxiety, and try and be the mediator of parties, lol

With HR handling the finding a solution for Sheldon, while this is all based on conjecture, she said "we came up with a solution", as in "we" the university. I personally like to think of it as a "not it" situation. Like when someone has to clean up after someone gets sick... "You make me clean up, and you're going to have two messes to clean up" She makes them deal with Sheldon, they are going to end up at HR, because they may have to hurt him. lol While I have nothing to base that on, she may just be passing on the information. It's entertaining to think of Sheldon discussions when Sheldon isn't around though.
