Oh wow. I'm pretty non-opinionated on religion unless it's being used to excuse harmful behavior/viewpoints, but people transitioning to religion or away from it has always fascinated me

When I was a kid, I was terrified to use the lords name in vain. I thought I would be struck by lightning if I said, "oh my god." Its funny cause the black side of my family was extremely religious like Church every Sunday and sometimes weekdays but as I got older we stopped going. This was a really sweet episode. and I think it develops Marry's character a little more.
