Eh..If we're going for vibes I like the CAR-15/723 idea, or an MP5 if we go subgun. I feel like every tacticool waifu art/pic I see has either an UMP45 or P90. I concur with having a sidearm, holstered, and she 100% has to have her Zireael sword, if only on her back.

I'm assuming that Tactical Ciri still has her blink ability. I feel like she would prioritize mobility and speed. So minimal kit and armor. Her guns should be more on the minimal side as well. Maybe a Colt 723 "Gordon Carbine" with just a light, red dot, and silencer. Or an HK MP5SD5 possibly with a red dot. Considering her blink ability she could also just use a silenced Browning Hi-Power and get right behind her opponents. She should definitely still have a sword.
