Okay, lots of new stuff to digest. First, LOL at Evelyn's preferred name..., and until today I thought that she was really a Japanese porn character, perhaps in stories or videos rather than 'real'. The title page made me think that Holly and Doug together were reading a STORY about her, rather than reading a story WRITTEN by her.
