Lorielle has experienced a mental trauma from her rejection. She tried to gain weight and still thinks she is gaining weight. This has resulted in a massive eating disorder where she is suspicious of everyone and everything. Achira has investigated this and has arranged to gradually have her realize what she actually is by letting her come to her own conclusion which is how you are supposed to treat delusional disorders. You cannot force answers on them.
