William only drops by from time to time to fool around with the boys. Though he is not apart of their main relationship, he's one of the people that the boys enjoy playing with Their relationship is not a closed one :) If one of them wants to sleep with someone outside of the group, they just have to communicate that to the others.

In the reality of a poly relationship, it's definitely possible that jealousy can arise. Most often in Ace, since Ace has learned BPD tendencies from his mother. This jealousy rises far and few between due to there always being someone to love on, it's incredibly rare that someone is left out. As well as everyone (especially Gene) taking steps to ensure each individual is doing well. This includes date days where an individual is focused on, or even down days where an individual may want to be left alone. But I assure you, usually everyone is groovy to get down with anyone else at any time. A big part of their relationship is the happiness in seeing their partner(s) get to love without limits The largest factor to staying healthy and avoiding jealousy in their poly relationship is that they all communicate :)
