Making it here in Cappadocia!
The first batch didn’t turn it because it was winter and cold!
Hopefully the heat now works!!
During this 17 day lockdown throughout all of Turkey...We got bored!
Couldn’t go to hardware to buy tools that broke because it was closed!!
So we hiked and made beer!
We made -
1- Ginger Beer
2-Ginger Pear Beer
3-Apple Cider Beer
What next? Using whatever fruit we have in fridge to make more flavors!!
