Crew Idea

So I've been thinking about this a lot recently. An idea that could make the game a bit interesting. The basic premise is that there will be a "floating crew member" system. This crew member would join your crew for some time (while you complete their story line) and then leave once their goals are completed.
Shuma would be one of these "floating crew members", once you have resolved the situation on Osiris, she will return to Osiris and leave the ship (though will still have interactions on her own world.) Then there will be space and an option to have someone else join your crew for a short while.
I was thinking Naetu and Nix would be likely candidates for these floating crew member slots, though this will probably go to patron voting.
Some are probably asking what this means for the planned potential harem goal. I talked before about the "extended harem goal" (which will come after the normal harem goal). The normal harem goal will include the original 6 crew members only, where as the extended harem goal will contain all of these "floating crew members" too.
Let me know what you think of this idea and whether its a good plan or not! ^^ I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

I think it'd make for something interesting to add to the gameplay. As it is now, the game feels like less of a game and more of a novel. Even this addition makes it feel like a novel still, but anything to break up this point and click would be preferred for me. Maybe optional minigames? Like the cooking part, that kept me somewhat engaged.

I think that this "floating crew member" idea for the extended harem goal is a good idea. It keeps things from getting stale by having new girls come and go. Wait...that sounded like a pun. 🤣 But I digress, I am totally for it, and I think you should do it!

It def. makes sense for Shuma to not stay with crew forever since she has kingdom to rule (unless there would be possibility that her brother would win, but thats lame) and if other floating crew members have similar "style" of story (i stay at ship for a while because it suits my goal), then it makes it awesome idea :)

I like this idea. I was wondering about how Shuma’s story would tie into the main story. If it gives us more cool characters and fun scenarios I say go for it.
