Benefits to both. Swapping with someone you don’t know allows you to stay quiet about the swap, but if you don’t swap with someone you know you may always wonder what could be...If I could swap right now I’d swap with either Taylor Bryant or Emily Feld.
In my opinion, choosing someone you know is much more convenient - you can be sure of the new body's shape)
