Matrix is temporarily down
🕑 Added 2025-10-29 13:30:00 +0000 UTCHi, it appears something in the route to the matrix server is down. This shouldn't effect the cloud storage server. Something like this happened before and it was a problem with the hosts firewall, I assume it will be back within 24 hours.

They don't have Cloudflare. Cloudflare is a robust protection system against DDoS attacks.

Hi, there has been a lot of traffic on the next cloud storage server and it was running out of ram, I adjusted the upload and connection limits to minimize issues and it has been chugging along without crashing for several hours now

It's probably something wrong with the network routing, there has been problems with Microsoft servers today too

heyo thanks. it did effect the cloud storage for a little bit. I was getting the platelet warning page. also... now that the cloud storage is back online, im getting all kinds of auth errors when trying to sign back into my cloud account

Okay, but what was the cause? I hope it wasn't a DDoS like what happened on May 30th.
