I'm hoping in 2 - 3 weeks. There will be two smaller fights (Think Calisto and Luna Random Encounter fights). So hopefully they won't take too long!

It will be avoidable provided you succeed in the previous quest. Though there will be story consequences if you decide to ignore the giant amazon rampaging around the city :P.
