Off, maybe that's it, it was blown/pushed off. But then you'd expect a reaction from Mo-chan.

The hat doesn't look right. The front/brim is hidden behind the top of her head, meaning she either has a substantial dip in her skull, or (more likely), someone is sneaking up behind her, just about to pop the hat on her head. Mo-chan herself and her outfits look great. But yeah, the hat is... off.

Love the first and second for sure. Perfect summer date outfits. I can understand wanting a break from sporty wear, these outfits make her extra adorable, though I'm curious if the hat is magically balancing on her ponytail.
