Long overdue apology and update

I had a wayyyy longer post written out but I’m sure you guys don’t want to read all that. So I’ll try to keep it shorter. I have three main things to say:
1. I am so sorry. I have kept you in the dark as to what’s been going on and just disappeared for a long time with not much warning. You didn’t deserve that. This is not an excuse but I want to share what happened; long story short my dad was actively dying in October and passed in November. Events and circumstances leading up to and after his passing were very difficult to say the least. While I can’t share those for family’s privacy’s sake, I can say that his death hit me very hard and I am still coping with it even now. It has not been good. I wanted to say something sooner but because I was digging myself deeper in a hole of owed videos, I was ashamed and embarrassed and still am.
2. I have finally caught up with videos October through June, so anyone subscribed in that period of time, expect to be spammed in your DMs with content.
3. Starting July I am no longer offering subscriptions on Patreon. I’ll keep my shop up for past videos and if you want to be a free member that’s fine. After just now catching up and after everything, I am clearly unfit to offer anything more. I don’t know if or when I’ll be back.
Thank you for the love and support now and throughout the years. I’ve received many kind words and many critical words and I am grateful for all of them. I need time to work on myself and figure out what I want to do and can do.

I've been in and out of your Patreon over the years and I don't post much or comment much but I'm so sorry. You're one of the reall likable people in the ASMR community and so good at what you do, and there's just nothing worse than what you've gone though. Our thoughts are with you.

Thank you for the update, Caroline. I'm so sorry for your loss and for all you're going through. But please know, you have nothing to be ashamed about. We all go through tough times, and we all deal with those tough times in different ways. There's nothing shameful about that. I have always felt proud to be your supporter, and I appreciate all the work and effort you've put into your videos over the years. I'll stay as a free member of course, and if/when you decide to make content again, I will do my best to resubscribe! ❤️ Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Quantum marathon to get started on! 😁
