What could it be that you are being denied? Your free will, perhaps? Any hope of resistance? Perhaps you are currently knelt before them, sinking deeper into a more malleable state, and they are reminding you that all hope of escape is lost. You have surrendered, and they accept it in open arms. Such a good drone. Oh how good you're going to be for us.
