Abdominal vacuums
🕑 Added 2025-01-30 22:00:00 +0000 UTCI've said before that I remember doing this as a kid. I had no idea it was a good inner abdominal strength exercise. It's not an easy exercise! I also have a friend who says I'm an athlete and have an athletic body. I like that! One of my favorite things is fitness.💪
