If the debuff has less than 35% Penetrating (Maybe it's Armor Piercing in your game system), then it doesn't get through at all.

... sooo, a 135% resistance? how does that work? does the extra 35% return as a buff or what? i know there are situations where you use percentiles over 100, but how is resistance one of them? you either resist entirely or you don't.

I love how nonchalant they are. Dabbler obviously came prepared (I was wondering if her jewelry had functions!) The other two were very good coincidences (though I guess Sydney had some confidence in aura rebuff)
