two words: Holo deck. Or in their case holo-uniforms... Odds are, if they need to relieve some pressure, even if the captain is not available for one reason or another... And they are not docked and cleared for shore-leave, odds are they can still quite easily and safely manage the issue so long as they dont actually program the holographic simulations to have bloody artificial intelligences built in that are borderline self-aware...

Presuming that she’s shagging all the men like a very happy bunny, that crew balance makes for some INTERESTING logistics. She’d either have to take regular sex breaks during the day (with a minimum average of 3) or ‘engage’ with more than one at a time. Maybe the guys are all bi and keeping each entertained? This setup would make a lot more sense if there was a second female in the crew. Otherwise relations would get strained whenever she had an off day and wasn’t feeling it. Nobody likes feeling required to shag after all. I mean, the men COULD just be willing to keep it in their pants for a while, but this crew would clearly have no trouble finding a partner at the drop of a hat so why sign up for an environment where you’d have to wait?
